Graduate Gemologist (GIA)
Ron received his Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America in 1992. Ron is passionate about designing and making custom jewelry for clients. Although not full-time anymore, Ron enjoys stopping in to assist our team and see old friends.
Tom Sayers
Graduate Gemologist (GIA)
A third generation Sayers, Tom has been with the jewelry store for over 29 years. His many duties include manufacturing and repairing jewelry, engraving, sales, appraisals, payroll, accounting, and more!
Tracy Attix

Tracy has been a part of our team for over 19 years this Christmas, helping with sales part-time, restringing pearls, and doing administrative work.

Ally has worked at the store since November of 2016. She is now a FFA teacher. We are so lucky to have her help on the weekends and during the holidays. She's known for her beautiful gift-wrapping skills and amazing customer service!

As a fourth generation Sayers, Amber has been part of our team for the past few years. She is currently a full-time college student and in her off time she is here at the store assisting customers with all their jewelry needs!

Ellen has worked full time at Sayers for over 50 years as an experienced pearl stringer while also managing finances and selling jewelry. Although, not full-time anymore, Ellen enjoys stopping in to assist our team and see old friends.

Gretchen has been a part of the Sayers team for over 34 years. She prides herself on helping customers with customs, finding gifts for every occasion, from anniversaries to engagements and everything in between. Gretchen won the 2020 Stars of Delaware Customer Service award for her outstanding customer service!

Alan has been working on jewelry since the 1980's. Alan has been with Sayers since 2005, working on sizing, tipping prongs, and more!

Mrs Char Ryan has been with us since August 2023. Before joining our team, Mrs Char was a regular in our store. She is known as the 'Orbis Queen' due to her love for our Orbis collection! You name it, she probably has it.

Julia is born and raised in Smyrna, DE and has been with Sayers since June 2017. As a full-time teacher, Julia helps out on the weekends and during the holidays. Julia is super helpful and kind to everyone she meets!
